Gone fishing...
It's too hot to blog.

Mark had sports day today (35 degrees, hardly any shade) and when we got home, we were so whacked I couldn't even be bothered to get out the paddling pool. I filled the bath with cool water and we had an indoor paddle instead.
This is ENGLAND - we don't do hot. Air-conditioning anyone?
Oh, and the boy wonder won his race, not that I was a competitive parent or anything, no, no...

I am debating if I can fill a paddling pool during a hose-pipe ban. I figure if you can fill a private swimming pool legitimately then a wee little paddling pool is OK?!
It's bad here too. We're having a red alert day today, for the first time ever. (It means high heat, humidity and ozone. No outdoor activity, mowing, or gassing up the car until after 7pm.) Tomorrow and Thursday are going to be even worse. :(
And in terms of laziness I win the race... I couldn't even be asked to fill the tub... I put them under the shower!
