It was a very Asian-inspired issue and yielded goodies like this skirt with 3D organza blossom
And this sashiko inspired notebook cover. I've loved sashiko ever since I first came across it in Japan. Soo made a cute patch not so long ago, and now this. I'm feeling an urge coming on.
And the magazine came with a freebie magazine (Idees Couture & Broderie - thirty heart themed projects). Hearts aren't really a huge passion of mine, so if anyone would like it, it's up for grabs. Leave me a comment and if it's more than one person, I'll have my trusty helpers pick a name. Feels like a long time since I went to the post office and I'm suffering withdrawal symptoms.

Just came over to your blog from Janet Clare's, so feel a bit bad about commenting on a give away straight off - but do love hearts!! Also wanted to say that I've done that quiet, no screen-time thing in my house on and off at times, and it gets better the longer you do it. The kids start coming up with ways to occupy themselves that they would never be bothered with if easier options are available.

Are you OK? The road we used to live in in Oxford is more or less underwater, and both ends are cut off (we have a friend still living in the same house). We keep hearing of problems all around there - Wallingford, Abingdon - but I guess you do still have power ...
I do like hearts very much and would love to be in a draw if you have time to organise it!
I've never seen that magazine, it looks pretty neat. Always important to have some crafty reading while on vacation!
